21+ festivals thrown in various locations around Virginia with local businesses, musicians, night tours
not just your average festival - personas in the mail invites tell you who to interact with (fellow participants, vendors, employees) throughout the night to unlock clues that lead you to a prize
phase four: post-festival
prize is a voucher for free admission to one of these ‘niche’ Virginia locations, enticing them to come back to Virginia
